Joe Hyman

President & CEO

Joe Hyman, Founder, President and CEO of Vizergy, is an experienced entrepreneur with an extensive background in sales, marketing and management and over 18 years of hospitality experience. Joe started Vizergy®, formerly SECURE-RES, in 1998 which now touts over a billion dollars in direct bookings for his hospitality clients. Recognized as one of HSMAI's Top 25 Most Extraordinary Minds in Sales and Marketing, he has lead the company recognized by Florida’s 50 Fastest Growing Private Companies 4 times and most recently Inc 500/5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies in America in 2011. Joe’s leadership style is customer and employee focused with a single mission – make every client a success story. Joe attended the University of Florida, is a dynamic speaker on all forms of digital marketing, and provides one-on-one consults to top property managers. He is an active participant in many social, charitable and business organizations, including HSMAI’s Digital Marketing Board, Luxury Real Estate Network, Homes of Life, Luxury Hotels, and “BIG” CEO’s.

Mike Murray

COO

Vizergy’s COO, Mike Murray has over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry. He has a history of transforming business units and restructuring operations with profitable results. Since joining Vizergy, he has redefined operational services, business planning and processes, and our CMS platform. He leads corporate strategic planning and initiatives to support our ever-growing base of hotel, resort and management groups. Mike received his Bachelor’s of Science degree from Florida State University where he studied Hospitality Administration.

Steve Million

Director of IT

Vizergy’s Director of IT and Co-Founder, Steve Million oversees the IT department and is responsible for overall IT systems, including hosting, performance of Vizergy proprietary applications, and reporting platforms. He works to create IT systems and software for client use and ensures all applications are running at peak efficiency. With over twelve years of experience developing software and IT systems for the hospitality industry, including designing and developing the SECURE-RES reservation system, he continues to concentrate his focus on IT systems design and implementation, as well as software design and development. Prior to helping found Vizergy, Steve worked for Johnson and Johnson and DePuy Orthopedics. Steve studied Computer Science and Biology at Florida State University.

Robert Arnold

VP of Sales

Vizergy’s VP of Sales, Robert Arnold brings more than ten years experience in the hotel industry and twelve years experience in e-commerce and Internet marketing to Vizergy. He leads the sales teams and oversees the strategic growth of Vizergy’s client base maximizing e-commerce performance for prominent property management groups and hotels and resorts. Prior to joining Vizergy, Robert held senior leadership positions with TravelCLICK where he was in charge of several regional sales teams and for managing corporate client portfolios, for major North American hotel brands. Most recently, Robert worked as Vice President, Worldwide Sales for TIG Global, where he was able to focus on business development with property management companies and significant asset management groups, all while restructuring the sales organization. Additionally, Robert has held several senior Sales, Marketing, and Operations positions with notable hotel groups, including Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, Patriot American, and Homestead Village/Security Capital Group. He has been a frequent featured speaker at industry and educational organizations, including HSMAI, Meeting Planners International, and Boston University School of Hotel Administration.

Phil Faircloth

Director of Operations

Philip Faircloth, Director of Operations, brings 17 years of hotel industry and information technology experience to the Vizergy team. He currently oversees the Client Service and Design teams, ensuring our clients receive superior service and support throughout all stages of their relationship with Vizergy. Before he began working with Vizergy five years ago, Phil worked in operations and sales at IHG and Starwood, as well as a stint with IT industry leader, GartnerGroup. His combined work experience gives him a unique understanding of both hotels and IT and contributes to his excellent understanding of client needs and expectations.

Addams England

Vice President of IT

Addams England, Vice President of IT, joined Vizergy in 2006 and leads the IT and application development teams at Vizergy. Addams and his teams continually work to innovate and ensure that Vizergy’s applications and IT systems are cutting-edge. He coordinated the development of the Vizergy Client Login and Content Management System (CMS), along with the Secure-Res Booking Engine. He has more than 12 years of experience with Microsoft technologies, including .NET programming and SQL Server databases, as well as experience with Microsoft data warehousing technologies and the Salesforce.com CRM platform. Addams holds a Master’s degree in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of North Florida and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Jacksonville University. He also holds several Microsoft certifications, including Microsoft Certified IT Professional – Database Administrator, Microsoft Certified Professional Developer, and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist.

Jay Waite

Director of Client Experience

Jay Waite, Director of Client Experience, is a 20 year veteran in the hospitality industry. Jay has extensive experience working on all sides of the industry which allow him to share insight for driving revenue for independent and branded properties. Prior to working for Vizergy, Jay worked closely with Franchisees and National Vendors and was a former employee of Hilton Hotels Corporation where he worked to evolve the Hampton Brands product and service initiatives. Jay’s tenure with Crestline Hotels and Resorts included Food and Beverage Operations, Room Operations and General Manager duties.
