The Vizergy Marketing System is where clients log in to their services, including the SECURE-RES booking engine, Internet Marketing reports, content management system, GDS, etc. Additionally, the Vizergy Marketing System provides you with reputation monitoring, and email. You can also submit a service request for our customer support via the Vizergy Marketing System. Logging into all of your services can be done via our Vizergy Marketing System. A login link can be found in the upper right hand corner of the Vizergy homepage.
There are two ways to get a Vizergy Marketing System user account. The simplest way is to find your property's Vizergy Marketing System administrator. With their user account, they are allowed to add users using the "Users" link under "My Account".
The second way to get a login is to contact Vizergy client services at 904.389.1130 ext. 0. Once an account is created, the Vizergy Marketing System sends an email from email@example.com to the new user with login and password information.
If you have administrative privileges in the Vizergy Marketing System, you can add, modify or delete users. After you log in, click "My Account" in the top right of the page. On the "Users" page, click "Add User" to add the name and email address of the new user.
New users can be setup as Admin or User accounts. An Admin account has full access to services and the ability to add or delete other users. A user account only has access to the services you select.
Once you have entered the new user's information, an email from firstname.lastname@example.org will be sent to the new user. Have the user check their spam folder, as the email occasionally ends up there.
On the Vizergy Marketing System login page, there is a "Forgot your password?" link, which takes you to a page where you can enter your email and click the "RESET PASSWORD" button. The system will email you a new password.

TIP: Check your email on the same computer you are changing your password on to be able to copy and paste the Temporary password.
TIP: Copy (Ctrl + C) and Past (Ctrl + V) the temporary password from the email received, in the password field.
· Once you successfully change your password, you will see the below message.
Congratulations, you have reset your password.
Change your password on the "My Account" link, which you will find in the upper right hand corner of the Vizergy Marketing System homepage.
If you don't remember your password, simply click the "Forgot your password?" link, and reset your password. The new password will be temporary, but you can update it once logged in.
Some services do require different passwords. However, the Vizergy Marketing System allows you to save those passwords. This allows you to click directly into each service, without having to enter a different password each time. You can update this with the "Update 3rd Party Logins" link under "My Accounts".
The first time you try to access a service that requires a different password, the Vizergy Marketing System prompts you to enter a password for that service. For example, if you click into your GDS service, the prompt to enter your login information will be presented in the form below:
Once you have added your login information, you will be directly logged into the service in the future.
Note - In the case of GDS services, you will need to reset your password every 90 days, as required by the credit card companies. When your password expires, you will be prompted to enter your old password, and select a new one.
