Vizergy has created a new Events Calendar for our clients. Matching the design of your website, we will create a custom calendar to communicate events in your area, specials offerings and available packages. Each event is a separate, search engine optimized landing page, giving your hotel’s site more relevant and timely natural search exposure. The calendar is very user friendly with all content and updates managed instantly by the property.
Below are some benefits the new Events Calendar includes:
- Option for either a Grid View or a List View of events. This allows guests to easily scan the calendar and access information.
- Guests/Hotel can share events on Twitter, Google + and Facebook using the share options.
- Individuals can add the events to their calendar via iCal or subscribe to an RSS feed.

The Add Your Event feature allows front end website visitors to fill out a form to submit an event to the property that they would like to see on the calendar. The property is sent an email notification of the event submission, and then can approve/deny the event. If the event is approved, it will then show on the live calendar.

Ability to include multiple photos per event.

The property can embed an RSS feed on the home page, so when they update the calendar it shows on that feed as well.
