The Clevelander Hotel Website: Divide & Conquer

ur client, Clevelander South Beach, located in South Beach Miami has three separate properties. Originally, all three properties shared a website until Vizergy was tasked with creating different sites for each property that best highlight their appeal.

The Clevelander Hotel’s website featured an additional two locations, Essex House and The Stiles Hotel, in their website header and navigation links. The links directed to smaller inside pages that spoke to each of the location’s amenities and rooms, as well as provided a link to book a room at the properties.

In order to increase natural search and brand visibility for the individual locations, Vizergy separated the sites into three different websites. A few goals of this divide and conquer strategy were to create a better user experience on each site and provide individualized website reporting and performance analytics. All three properties are still easily accessible on each of the sites.

We created separate navigation menus for each site that allows for great expansion on the unique features and offerings of each property. Our client now has the availability to run ad campaigns and other direct traffic efforts specific to each property.
